We are delighted to welcome you and your children to our school.  St John’s School is a happy, hard-working and successful school community.  Our aim is to create a positive and happy learning environment, with a strong Christian ethos and the highest expectations of behaviour and attainment.  

We offer a ‘village school’ atmosphere, with all the benefits of the town’s facilities.  With about 105 pupils on roll, and five classes, all of our pupils benefit from individual attention within the warm ‘family’ feeling of our school.  We are proud of each and every one of our children, and of their achievements in all aspects of school life.  Our whole school community is committed to developing every child’s full potential, intellectually, physically, spiritually and socially. We can achieve this most successfully in partnership with you, the child’s family – by working together, we will ensure that the children will thrive!
